Ladies Only Happy Hour Fitness

Tuesdays: 6pm

Thursdays: 6pm

Saturdays: 1015am

*The first Saturday of each month HH class is at 9am, in conjunction with CF class due to our monthly coaching development sessions.

Foundations Class
